How to get a quote?
First, please give me as much information as you can about your project.
1) What service are you looking for (translation, proofreading, MT post-editing, subtitling or transcription)?
2) What language pair do you want me to use (English to French, or French to English)?
3) What kind of source file (Word document, PDF, SDL Trados project, Power Point, website, video…)?
4) What kind of products/services do you sell?
5) What is your deadline for the project?

How many words does the source text contain approximately?
What is the technicality of the text?
Do you have a glossary needing to be used for the project? If so, please send it to me.
To count the words, and so we both agree on the word count, you can use Word or a free tool here.
Transcription & Subtitling
How long is the audio/video?
How many people are speaking?
How is the sound/image quality? (Please send me a sample so I can assess it)
Do you need time codes? If yes, when (every minute, each time the speaker changes…)?
Do you have a sample transcription I can use, to respect the format you want?
Payments
I accept payment through Paypal and bank transfer (details will be on the quote and on the bill too). Note that you will be required to pay 50% of the total amount when sending back the signed quote and agreement, before I start working.
You will be paying the remaining amount within 30 days of receiving the bill.
Payment can be done in US Dollars or in Euros.
